Ordering and payment

How do I order?

Add blocks or machines to the list and send a request with your name and phone. A manager calls back during working hours, confirms the quantity, price and delivery, and agrees the payment with you.

Are the prices on the site final?

They are indicative. A manager confirms the price for your quantity and date; the pallet deposit is returned when the pallets come back.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Across Samegrelo–Zemo Svaneti, to the town or village you choose on the map. For other regions, pickup at the plant in Zugdidi, Monday to Saturday.

How is delivery priced?

By trips: a truck carries a set number of pallets and every point on the map has its trip price. The calculator and the map count the trips for your blocks.

Quality and documents

Do the blocks come with documents?

Yes: the declarations and test reports are in the Documents section of the site, as PDF files.

How many blocks make a square metre?

12.5 of the 390×190 block with a 10 mm joint. The calculator counts any wall or house and adds a reserve.

Machines

Do you install the machines?

Yes: the imported lines are delivered, installed and commissioned on your site.

How soon does a machine pay back?

It depends on the shifts, the working days and your profit per block: the calculator’s payback tab counts it with your numbers.
